It was just another day at Seeds Community 🌱 — until it wasn't.
Two people. Two completely different journeys. No script, no plan, just a conversation that turned into laughter, and laughter that turned into something real.
We talked about our lives - the hard parts, the funny parts, the parts most people don't ask about.
And somewhere in that conversation, we both felt the same thing: this matters.
This needs to be heard.
We didn't walk away with a business plan. We walked away with a promise - to each other, and to everyone who's ever felt unseen - that we'd do something about it.
That's how Kim & Vicki Way began. Not in a boardroom. In a moment of real connection.

The more we talked, the clearer it became.
So many people are only ever seen for their label - their diagnosis, their difference, their "can't."
We wanted to flip that.
We wanted people to see the able, not the label. To see what's possible, not what's missing.
So we made it our mission - loudly, proudly, and with a bit of humour along the way - to help people with challenges focus on what they can do, not what stands in their way.
